Collected in the Santa Cruz Mountains near San Jose, California, this sweet, rich honey presents the spectrum of local flora foraged by our local hives.
Care Insturctions: All liquid honey will eventually crystallize. To liquefy honey that has crystallized, heat a pan of water to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the pan from heat, and place container of honey in the pan until honey is liquefied.
*Do not refrigerate honey.
